With a background in the Royal Navy, Karl is a passionate advocate for mental health and community well-being. He’s actively involved in local initiatives like Walk & Talk and has a deep love for rugby. Karl is dedicated to supporting others, fostering connection, and improving mental health within his community.
With the luxury of the open spaces around The Nest, we can walk around this magnificent site, providing an opportunity for people of all ages to come together, make new connections, get some fresh air, and, along the way, talk or simply listen.
Once back at the club, there will be tea and coffee available (maybe even some biscuits).
